Returns via UPS
What can be returned: Most items are returnable for a refund such as items where there's an issue with the decoration or the product itself, but we cannot accept returns for items with custom names and/or decorations or items that show any wear. All returns must be requested within 30 days of original order and must be physically returned to us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) to be eligible for a refund.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
To return your items:

Email Jaida@synergypromo.com stating that you wish to make a return via UPS. Please list your name, order number and items you wish to return

Place your item(s) into a bag or box with your name and order number written clearly on the outside of your parcel

Go to your nearest UPS Store and ship your parcel to the address provided below

Look out for an email from Jaida@synergypromo.com for a follow-up
